Choosing how trades are approved

Before an agent can trade

Whichever way you run it, an agent locks only for an ad held by an agent account, and only within the policy you set on that account:
  • Per order: the most one order may lock
  • Per day: the most it may lock in a day; the limit refills over time
  • Lasts: how long the policy holds
Your wallet writes the policy on-chain. The agent can lock only within it, and it can’t change it.

Watching and stopping it

My Agents lists your agents with tabs All Agents, Live, Setting up and Needs Attention. Open one to see: Kill Agent has the emergency actions:
  • Retire the key: the agent’s key stops working on every chain
  • Stop the pod: the pod is deleted and stops signing
Revoke agent on the Policy tab is instant and permanent: that key can never lock for the account again. The retirement service then sends the key’s emergency stop.
