The steps
1
Request
On My Agents → New Agent, choose Hosted pod. Enter the agent
name, a contact email, the chains the pod’s key is registered on, and
the RPC endpoints. Choose whether the endpoints are Kept with the
pod (stored encrypted, restored after a server loss) or Held by
you (never stored; you re-enter them after a server loss). Use
public endpoint fills in a public one. No wallet signature is
needed.
2
Under review
An operator reviews the request, usually within a day. If the pod
server is full, the request joins the waiting line. If it’s declined,
you see the operator’s note and can Request again.
3
Starting your pod
Once approved, the pod starts. This takes a few minutes. If it fails
to start, Try again redeploys the approved request.
4
Choose an Ad
Pick the ad the pod trades for and click Assign this Ad. The ad
must be held by your agent account; if
it isn’t, the page shows how to open the same ad from the account.
5
Set the Agent's Policy
Set the most per order, the most per day, and how long it lasts. Your
wallet writes the policy on your agent account.
6
Approve Key Registration
Sign once to register the pod’s key under your ad’s settlement
identity.
7
Sign Emergency Stop
Sign the pod key’s emergency stop, so the key can be switched off even
if ProofBridge is down. If your own key is on the same identity, sign
one for it too.
8
Fund your agent
The pod pays the network fee for every lock from its own accounts on
each chain. Top them up from the page; on Stellar, Fund with
Friendbot creates the account on testnet. ProofBridge emails your
contact address if a balance runs low.
9
Go Live
When the pod, key, ad and emergency stop are ready, click Go Live.
The pod starts locking within its policy.

Limits
- Only makers can request a pod: you need an active ad, from your wallet or a linked account.
- Each maker can run a limited number of pods (two by default).
