Report findings - ProofBridge

Every finding goes through the Feedback page in the app. No sign-in is needed, and each report reaches the team’s review queue straight away. The form itself is described in Report a bug or finding.

What to include

Field	Why it helps
Title	one line we can recognize: “Refund still shows pending after cancel”
Category and Severity	so the right person looks first. Blocker means you couldn’t finish.
What were you trying to do?	the goal, in your words
What actually happened?	include any error message, exactly as shown
What did you expect instead?
Steps to reproduce	in order, as far as you remember
Transaction Details	the trade ID from the trade page, any transaction hash, the chains and token
Screenshots or a screen recording	the fastest way for us to see it
Your device, browser and wallet	many issues are wallet- or phone-specific

Never include private keys or seed phrases, even test ones.

Picking a severity

Severity	Use it when
Blocker	you couldn’t complete the flow at all, or funds didn’t arrive
High	it worked, but only after a workaround, or something was wrong
Low	cosmetic, wording, or a small annoyance

After you submit

You’ll see Feedback logged! with a reference such as PF-30001. Quote it if you follow up with the team. To follow up, or to discuss a finding, post in the ProofBridge Discord with your reference.
