The public feedback form sends reports here. You don’t need to sign in. Each write carries a Cloudflare Turnstile token, and the relayer caps how many reports and uploads one address can send per hour. To attach files, upload each one first, then name it in the report.

Endpoints

If feedback is turned off on a deployment, both routes answer 404.

The bot check

Send the Turnstile widget’s token in the x-turnstile-token header on both routes.
Tokens are single use. After each request, successful or not, reset the widget to get a fresh token for the next one.

Upload a file

PUT /v1/feedback/attachments/:sha256. Limit: 30 uploads per hour per address. :sha256 is the file’s SHA-256 as 64 hex characters (a 0x prefix is accepted). The body is the raw file bytes, not JSON and not multipart, up to 10 MB. Set Content-Type to the file’s type:
Response 201, or 200 with the same body when the file was already uploaded:

Each attachment names an uploaded file by its sha256, plus the file name to show on this report (1 to 200 characters). The same file may not appear twice in one report. Response 201:
