# Report a bug or finding

> Log a bug, a confusing moment or an idea from the soak on the Feedback page

During the soak, the **Feedback** page is where bugs and findings go, whether they're yours or ones someone shared
on Discord, X or Telegram. No sign-in is needed. Each report goes straight to the team's review queue.

**1. About**

Give it a short **Feedback Title**, pick a **Category** and a **Severity**. These three are required.

| Category | Use it for |
| - | - |
| Bug | something broke |
| UX friction | it works, but it's harder than it should be |
| Documentation | the docs are wrong or missing something |
| Feature request | something you'd like added |
| Confusion | you weren't sure what was happening |
| Positive feedback | something worked well |
| Environment | a wallet, network or browser problem |

Severity is **Low**, **High** or **Blocker** (it stops you from finishing).

**2. Reporter**

Who reported it and where: a handle, the **Source** (Discord, X, Telegram, Email, In-app form, Other), when it was
reported, and their role (for example, Bridger or Maker). All optional.

**3. Details**

What they were trying to do, what actually happened, what they expected instead, and the steps to reproduce, if
known.

**4. Context**

**Transaction Details** (an order ID, a transaction hash, the asset), up to five screenshots or videos (JPEG, PNG
or MP4, up to 10MB each), links to the original message, and whether it's been reported before. Then **Submit**.

> [!WARNING]
>
> Never include private keys or seed phrases.

Logging a report

A short bot check runs when you submit. When the report is saved, you'll see **Feedback logged!** with the report's
reference (for example, `PF-30001`). Quote it if you follow up with the team.

One address can send up to 10 reports an hour.
